AloeDent Triple Action Toothpaste
Product Name: AloeDent Triple Action
Product Description: AloeDent Triple Action toothpaste has many weird ingredients that we usually don't find in toothpaste. I can say that this toothpaste is conventional.
I was thinking of including this toothpaste in the reviews or no. The problem is that this toothpaste does not claim to be natural toothpaste. Description of the AloeDent toothpaste says that this toothpaste is fluoride-free, and it offers natural protection to your teeth. So this is a marketing trick that lures customers to think that this toothpaste is natural. If you say your toothpaste is natural, then you need to have natural toothpaste free of chemicals.
AloeDent Triple Action uses Aloe Vera with CoQclaimsd claim natural protection. But CoQ10 is a controversial ingredient that is not tested yet. You can find it in food, and it is beneficial for the human body. But there were claims that this component can cure cancer, Parkinson’s, heart failures, and other claims not researched yet.
Now bad things about AloeDent Toothpaste
We have said many times that glycerin is preventing remineralization of your teeth. But because people care more about the visual form of the toothpaste and not about health for their teeth, companies continue to use glycerin in toothpaste. Glycerin will give toothpaste that pasty taste in your mouth. And nothing more.
Another unnecessary component. It is used to make this toothpaste more delicious. Sorbitol is a sweetener. There is nothing healthy in this, and it does not help in cleaning or keeping your teeth healthy.
Yes, it can be in natural form. However, silica can damage your enamel. Sure it will clean your teeth, but it will also damage the enamel. If you are ready to pay that price for clean teeth, ok. But long term, your teeth will get worse if you will continue to damage your enamel.
Bad for dogs. If you have a dog in the house, make sure he doesn’t taste this toothpaste because even a drop can kill him.
Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate
It is not sulfate, and that is good. But this cleanser and the foaming ingredient can break down to nitrosamines. And nitrosamines can cause cancer.
It also goes by the name Chlorophyllin. In Europe, it has its own E number: E141. And all E numbers are better to avoid at all costs. Some are more dangerous than others.
Probably one of the most controversial components in the ingredients list. Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate is an irritant skin component that can pale your skin. In addition, it is an artificial preservative. But some companies claim it is natural. But to make Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate, you need to go through a manufacturing process that includes many chemicals.
Widely used in the cleaning industry. But this ingredient is just additive.
It is a semi-safe ingredient. A pregnant woman should avoid using products containing this ingredient just to stay on the safe side. Also, if you have liver or kidney problems, it is better to avoid this toothpaste. If you have diabetes, make sure that chestnut can lower your blood sugar. Finally, if you are allergic to latex, avoid this product. It could bring you an allergic reaction.
So as you see, AloeDent Triple Action toothpaste is not natural. Yes, I agree they have natural components inside to protect your teeth. But there are a bunch of chemical ingredients that are better to avoid. If you can’t buy a real natural product, you can make your own.
